In a letter filed with court documents, the music star outlines three requirements his daughter has for a ‘forever home’, and they’re actually adorable.
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s daughter’s ‘requirements’ for UK home
In court documents, obtained by Page Six, Sophie Turner allegedly reveals that she and her ex-husband once fantasized about settling down in her home country, the UK.
The note obtained by the publication was reportedly written by Joe Jonas to persuade a homeowner in Wallingford, Oxford, to sell them their home. In the sweet note, he revealed his daughter’s adorable requirements, which the place met.
“When my wife and I decided we were going to spend more time in the UK and search for a permanent home, our daughter expressed three unwavering requirements: having chickens, a pony, and a Wendy house,” The 34-year-old reportedly wrote to the seller.
The celebrity couple have two daughters. The eldest, Willa’s name was always known, and the name of their youngest was recently revealed.
He then went on to say that they experienced “a sense of magic” whilst viewing the house in question:
“While many of the houses we viewed met this criteria, the moment we turned the corner and caught sight of the charming blue shutters adorning [redacted], we experienced a sense of magic unlike anything we had felt before.”
According to the publication, the house was a £7.5 million ($9.1 million) estate, and he had even spoken to his father-in-law about the home.
“My father-in-law is an incredibly keen gardener, and he was suitably impressed by your vegetable garden too, a very important sign off!”
PageSix reports that the seller accepted their offer. However, a source tells the publication that the house is in escrow and the sale “never closed.”

Earlier this week, it was reported that Taylor loaned her New York City apartment to the actress and her two daughters.

The NY outing comes a night before he New York Jets take on the Kansas City Chiefs, as Taylor is expected to join the game to support ‘new boo’ Travis Kelce.
